Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unused items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
